A simple process to facilitate returns for refunds, replacements, or exchanges.

Return Policy

If you’re product is damaged, leaking, or tastes old/wrong, we’re happy to provide a return/exchange to correct the issue. Our return policy:

  1. Returns/exchanges/refunds must be initiated within 7-days of purchase. If you are attempting to exchange a product on the same day as delivery, please contact our office immediately as we may be able to swap this with a driver. You will still need to fill out the form below.
  2. Original product must be returned/exchanged with request.
  3. RMA form must be used to initiate the return/exchange/refund process and approved. RMA authorization will take a minimum of 24 hours and may take up to 72 hours to process due to state requirements on record keeping and controlled substance product management.
  4. Opened/used product exchange/refunds are subject to validation and approval. Repeated requests for return/exchange will be denied.
  5. Product exchanges can be made for the same or similar product (same brand and product type, i.e. Stiiizy 0.5g Pod) regardless of sale price from original purchase. Product swaps are performed when a DIFFERENT product is requested (different brand, or different product type). In a product swap, the original purchase price will be applied to the swap for a different product and the customer may be required to pay the difference.
  6. Exchanges/swaps can be performed via delivery, but a delivery fee may apply.
  7. Once an RMA request is received, it will be processed and each customer will be contacted to schedule the exchange/swap/refund requested.
  8. RMA requests can only be submitted for the originally purchased item. We cannot authorize an exchange on a previously-exchanged product.
  9. We reserve the right to refuse any RMA request due to habitual abuse of the return/exchange policy.

IMPORTANT: Returns/exchanges must be processed, validated, and approved BEFORE they can be made. We are unable to process a return/exchange immediately at a Pop-Up Location or during a delivery of another order. State record keeping requirements mandate we process each RMA request and communicate this to the brand/distributor before authorizing the return/exchange.
