Delivery should never cost you more than walking into a dispensary. If you find a lower price for the same product at another licensed California retailer, we'll match it.
Find the same licensed product cheaper anywhere in California and we'll match the price — when it meets the requirements below.
Requirements
- Same product — same brand, same SKU / size / variant
- Listed by a currently licensed California cannabis retailer (DCC license required)
- Price must be in-stock and available at the time of your request — not a sold-out flash sale or clearance item
- Applies to regular menu pricing, not bundled deals or member-exclusive promotions
- Request must be submitted before or at the time of purchase / checkout
- Provide a link or screenshot showing the competitor's current price
What doesn't qualify
- Unlicensed dispensaries or gray-market operators
- One-time clearance sales or liquidation pricing
- Pricing errors or misprints on competitor sites
- Out-of-state pricing
- BOGO, multi-buy, or loyalty-member-only offers that don't apply to walk-up / public pricing
How to request a price match
- Confirm the competitor listing meets the requirements above.
- Submit the Microsoft Form below with product details and proof of price (link or screenshot).
- Our team reviews submissions in Teams and follows up to adjust pricing when approved.
