How do I pay?

We accept cash on delivery, ACH Debit via Aeropay, and Cashless ATM via Debit Card Swipe. About Aeropay: you'll receive a text to sign up and connect your bank account on your first purchase — a 2.7% transaction fee applies. About Cashless ATM: swipe your debit card with our driver; totals are rounded up to the nearest $5 and a $5 transaction fee applies.

How does the 60-minute guarantee work?

Your clock starts the moment your express order is confirmed. If we're late, a 20% discount on your subtotal will be applied. Inquire with our dispatchers or your driver to ensure you receive this discount. Some limitations apply.

How does delivery actually happen?

Accepted Answer

You'll get a text before your driver arrives (please ensure we have your correct phone number on file). When they pull up, just come out to the car — drivers stay inside the vehicle for security and per California law. Your ID is verified through the window, order in hand, done in under a minute. Plain car, plain bag, nothing branded — discreet and fast.

Do you take medical (MED) customers?

Yes — both adult-use (REC) and medical customers. Medical patients with a valid MMIC card may also qualify for tax exemptions, applied automatically at checkout.

Where do you deliver?

All across Bakersfield and surrounding Kern County zones. Enter your ZIP at checkout and we'll confirm your address in seconds. Hours: Daily 9am–10pm. Note: some outer areas (including Arvin and Lamont) are scheduled delivery only — not Express.

What is Express vs Scheduled Menu?

Our Express Delivery has a 1-hour delivery guarantee and features products available on hand with our drivers. Our Scheduled Delivery offers our full product menu, but requires a 4-hour lead time. If ordering before 2pm, a Scheduled Order can be placed for same-day delivery (last delivery window of 6–9pm). Scheduled Deliveries can be placed seven days in advance as well.

Is there a delivery minimum?

There is a $25 subtotal minimum, after discounts are applied. If you would like to place an order under the minimum threshold, you may call our office and have your order sent to our Pop-Up delivery location, or pay a $5 delivery fee.

Daily deals rotate across the menu and are visible on every product page before you add anything to your cart. First-time customers get a welcome discount. Members earn 1 point for every $10 spent. Redeem points at checkout: 10 pts = $5 off, 20 pts = $10 off, 40 pts = $20 off. Membership is free and automatic — no signup form, no separate app. (This is King's Loyalty — separate from Royal Rewards.)

Completely. Our drivers use unmarked vehicles — no branded car, no branded uniform, nothing that announces what's in the bag. Product bags are plain and unbranded. The only interaction at the vehicle is a quick ID check through the car window. Your neighbors won't know anything.
