Price Match Terms

1. Products must be identical (same brand, same strain, same size, color, etc.).
2. Product must be in-stock at the time of the price match, no rainchecks or swaps are applicable. 
3. Product must be a regularly-priced item. We cannot match a promotional/discounted price from a competitor. 
4. Competitor must be a licensed dispensary operating within 420 Kingdom’s delivery areas.
5. Customer must provide proof of the competitor price, i.e. link to the product on their website or Weedmaps menu.
6. Price match must be made in advance of your purchase by filling out the form below. We cannot offer a partial refund after a sale is complete. Our team will be in touch to confirm your eligibility and update your order with the revised price. 
7. Price match cannot be combined with other discount offers (with exception of our 20% Late Fee program should your express order be delivered late). 
8. Price match is based on list price PLUS all taxes and fees included. For example, a dispensary in McFarland will have 12% more in taxes to consider.
