California recreational law, simplified
California Proposition 64 legalized recreational cannabis for adults 21 and older in 2016. Licensed retailers — including 420 Kingdom — can sell recreational cannabis to anyone with a valid government ID showing they're 21+.
There are per-transaction purchase limits (one ounce of flower or equivalent), but most cart sizes fall well under that. No card required, no doctor — just your ID.

What do I need to order?
A valid government-issued ID showing you're 21 or older (18+ with a valid medical recommendation). Your driver checks it at the car on every single delivery — no ID, no handoff, no exceptions.
Do you take medical (MED) customers?
Yes — both adult-use (REC) and medical customers. Medical patients with a valid MMIC card may also qualify for tax exemptions, applied automatically at checkout.
How do I pay?
We accept cash on delivery, ACH Debit via Aeropay, and Cashless ATM via Debit Card Swipe. About Aeropay: you'll receive a text to sign up and connect your bank account on your first purchase — a 2.7% transaction fee applies. About Cashless ATM: swipe your debit card with our driver; totals are rounded up to the nearest $5 and a $5 transaction fee applies.
Is there a delivery minimum?
There is a $25 subtotal minimum, after discounts are applied. If you would like to place an order under the minimum threshold, you may call our office and have your order sent to our Pop-Up delivery location, or pay a $5 delivery fee.
