1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using the 420 Kingdom website, mobile application, or delivery service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Age requirement

You must be 21 years of age or older to purchase recreational cannabis. Medical patients 18 or older with a valid California medical recommendation may also order. You agree that all information you provide is accurate and that you are of legal age.

A valid government-issued ID will be verified at every delivery, without exception.

3. Licensed retailer

420 Kingdom is a licensed California cannabis retailer operating under DCC License No. C12-0000405-LIC. All sales are subject to California cannabis regulations, including purchase quantity limits and required documentation.

California law limits purchases per transaction. Adult-use customers may purchase up to 28.5 grams of flower, 8 grams of concentrate, or equivalent amounts of other cannabis products per day. Medical patients with a valid physician's recommendation may purchase up to 8 ounces of dried flower per day, or more if specified by their recommendation (4 CCR §15409).

By law, we are required to verify your age and identity at every delivery. Delivery will be refused if valid government-issued ID cannot be presented.

4. Delivery service

Delivery is available within our licensed service area. We reserve the right to refuse service to any address outside our coverage zone, or to any customer who cannot provide valid identification upon delivery.

Delivery is available daily from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Pacific Time, as required by California law (4 CCR §15403). Orders placed outside these hours will be scheduled for the next available window.

The 60-minute delivery guarantee applies to express orders within standard coverage areas. Credits for late delivery are issued automatically within 24 hours. Some restrictions apply.

A delivery receipt and your signature are required at the time of delivery. The receipt will include your order details, the delivering employee's name and ID, and the time of delivery, as required by 4 CCR §15420.

5. Payment

We accept secure bank payments via AeroPay and CanPay, and cash at delivery. All prices are in US dollars and include applicable California excise and sales taxes.

6. Make It Right Guarantee

We stand behind every order. If you receive the wrong item, a missing item, damaged product, or a clear quality defect, contact us and we will make it right with store credit, replacement, exchange, or refund to your original payment method where appropriate. Wrong or missing items should be reported within 48 hours of delivery; quality or defect claims within 7 days. Opened cannabis products cannot be accepted for change-of-mind returns. 7. Loyalty rewards

Royal Rewards points have no cash value except where explicitly stated in the Royal Referral Program. Points are non-transferable and subject to the terms of the loyalty program, which may be updated at any time.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of 420 Kingdom Inc. or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without express written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

420 Kingdom is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the order in question.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in Kern County, California.

11. Health and safety warnings

Cannabis products sold by 420 Kingdom carry required California health warnings. All products are labeled in compliance with California Business and Professions Code §26120 and applicable DCC regulations.

12. Accessibility

420 Kingdom is committed to making our website and app accessible to people with disabilities in compliance with the California Unruh Civil Rights Act and WCAG 2.1 Level AA guidelines. 13. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Material changes will be communicated via the app or email.
