No line to stand in and no race to win. You join, we draw, we text you when the Kingdom is ready for you.

  1. Join the queue

    When a drop goes live, you get one spot in the queue — all of it in the app or on the web, nothing to stand in. Royal Rewards members get early access.

  2. Wait your turn

    We advance the queue one at a time. We'll text you the second it's your turn.

  3. Check out fast

    You have a short window to complete your purchase. Miss it and we move to the next King.

It's a draw, not a race. Everyone who joins in the first five minutes goes into a random draw for queue order. Refreshing faster doesn't help you. Royal Rewards members simply hold more tickets in the pool — better odds, never a guaranteed seat.

Crown Drops run on the same calendar every month — the 20th at 4:20 PM Pacific. One featured brand, one ultra-limited product, and a three-hour window to shop before the gate closes at 7:20 PM.

  1. T-7 days First look A hint lands on the menu and in the app. Enough to know something's coming, not enough to know what.
  2. T-48 hours The brand hint The teaser sharpens. Everyone on the text list hears first.
  3. 4:20 PM PT The gate opens Product revealed. Queue opens in the app and on the web.
  4. 4:20 – 4:25 The draw Five minutes to enter. Then queue order is drawn at random and your number locks in.
  5. 4:25 – 7:20 Your turn We advance one at a time and text you when you're up. Short checkout window, then the seat moves on.
  6. 7:20 PM PT The gate closes Or sooner, if the units are gone. Which they usually are.

What is Crown Drop?

Once a month we release one ultra-limited product through a digital queue — one brand, one SKU, one three-hour window. When it's gone, it's gone. No restock.

When does the gate open?

Every month on the 20th at 4:20 PM Pacific. The gate stays open until 7:20 PM PT or until the run sells out — whichever comes first.

How do I join the queue?

When the gate opens, join in the 420 Kingdom app or on the web. You get one spot — no line to stand in. We text you when it's your turn to check out.

Is it first-come, first-served?

No — it's a draw, not a race. Everyone who joins in the first five minutes enters a random draw for queue order. Refreshing faster doesn't help. Royal Rewards members hold more tickets in the pool for better odds, but never a guaranteed seat.

What happens when it's my turn?

We advance the queue one customer at a time and text you the second you're up. You get a short checkout window to complete your order. You can close the app — we'll text you either way.

How do I pay?

Same as any 420 Kingdom order: cash on delivery, ACH Debit via Aeropay, or Cashless ATM with a debit card swipe at the door. Aeropay connects your bank on first use (2.7% fee). Cashless ATM rounds to the nearest $5 with a $5 transaction fee. You choose your payment method when you check out during your window.

Can I choose Express or Scheduled delivery?

Yes — at checkout you pick Express or Scheduled like any order. Express is what's on the truck now with our 60-minute guarantee. Scheduled is the full menu with a 4-hour lead time; order before 2 PM for same-day windows (last slot 6–9 PM), or schedule up to seven days out. Some outer zones (Arvin, Lamont) are scheduled-only. $25 subtotal minimum after discounts.

What if I miss my checkout window?

The seat passes to the next King in line. There's no holding your spot — when your window closes, we move on.

Do Royal Rewards members get early access?

Yes. Members get early access in the opening window and better odds in the queue draw. Sign up for Royal Rewards free — it applies automatically when you're logged in.

Will you restock if it sells out?

No. Crown Drop runs are one-time. When the units are gone or the gate closes at 7:20 PM, that product is done for good.

How do I get notified before a drop?

Sign up for the text list on this page. We send one message per drop, 24–48 hours before the gate opens — that's the whole list. No daily deals, no filler.

Who can shop a Crown Drop?

21+ with valid government ID (18+ with a valid medical recommendation). Same rules as every 420 Kingdom order — ID checked at delivery.
