The Kingdom's drop clock

Crown Drops run on the same calendar every month — the 20th at 4:20 PM Pacific. One featured brand, one ultra-limited product, and a three-hour window to shop before the gate closes at 7:20 PM.

  1. Week before the 20th

    The featured brand takes over the top of the menu and app — your first look at what's dropping and time to sign up for alerts.

  2. Drop day · 4:20 PM PT

    The gate opens. Join the queue in the app or on the web. Royal Rewards members get early access in the opening lottery.

  3. 4:20 – 4:25 PM · Lottery

    Everyone who joins in the first five minutes enters a random draw for queue order. Gold members are prioritized in the pool.

  4. 4:25 – 7:20 PM · Your turn

    Your queue number locks in. We advance one customer at a time and text you when it's your turn — you have a short checkout window before we move to the next King.

This is the screen you watch on drop day — your place in line, a countdown to the gate opening, and how many customers are waiting with you. You can close the app; we text when it's your turn to shop.
