Bred in 2014 by Bay Area grower and breeder, Mario Sherbinskis, in collaboration with Jigga from the Cookie Fam, the seeds for Sunset Sherbert aka "Sherbert" eventually lead to the birth of Gelato and an explosion of the "exotics" category we see today.
